Wilma Anderson is a dedicated holistic health practitioner specialising in guiding women over 40 through transformative wellness journeys. With extensive experience in holistic health and wellness coaching, she understands the unique challenges faced by women balancing careers, family, and personal well-being.

Her approach integrates personalised nutrition, mindful movement, and stress management techniques tailored to support hormonal balance and overall vitality. Wilma is passionate about empowering women to prioritise self-care, embrace their inner strength, and achieve sustainable health goals.

Specialising in nutrition and weight loss, Wilma recognises that sustainable weight loss involves more than just eating less and moving more; it requires a holistic approach to health and well-being.

Having been a serial yo-yo dieter herself, Wilma took her health and well-being into her own hands and trained as a Holistic Nutritional Weight Loss and Menopause Coach to further her own knowledge. This has led to Wilma supporting other women facing similar struggles.

Outside of coaching, Wilma enjoys her daily morning walks in the south of Spain where she lives with her husband. Travelling and discovering new places is a passion, as is music, and, of course, good food.
